Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EHAN Links, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

• Customers browse the marketplace and purchase guest post and link insertion placements.
• Publishers submit websites for review and fulfil orders placed against approved listings.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

• Placing an order creates an invoice, which is settled from your wallet balance.
• If your wallet balance is insufficient at the time of order, the invoice remains unpaid until you top up and pay it — delivery does not begin until payment is confirmed.
• Prices shown to authenticated accounts are final; guests do not see pricing.

• Websites submitted for listing must be owned or authorized for guest posting by the submitter.
• Traffic and authority metrics submitted must be accurate and verifiable.
• Approved orders must be fulfilled within the delivery window shown on the listing. Repeated missed deadlines may result in suspension.

EHAN Links does not permit orders or listings involving illegal content, malware, adult content targeting minors, or content designed to deceive search engines through manipulative link schemes. We may remove listings or cancel orders that violate this policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform's messaging or payment systems. Suspended accounts lose access to the dashboard but outstanding wallet balances remain recoverable through support.

EHAN Links is a marketplace connecting independent advertisers and publishers. We are not liable for content published by publishers, ranking outcomes, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
