EHAN Links ("EHAN Links", "we", "us") operates a guest posting and link-building marketplace connecting advertisers with publisher websites. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account details you provide: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash).
• Order and billing activity: orders placed, invoices, wallet transactions, and payout requests.
• Website submissions from publishers: domain, niche, traffic and authority metrics, and pricing you set.
• Communications sent through our order messaging system.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fraud prevention.

• To operate your account, process orders, and route payments and payouts.
• To show you accurate pricing and marketplace data based on your authentication state.
• To communicate order updates, invoices, and support responses.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• To improve the reliability and performance of the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum data necessary between the two sides of a transaction — for example, a publisher sees the order details needed to deliver a placement, and a customer sees the publisher's website and delivery status. We may share data with service providers who help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support; some records may be retained where required by law.

• You can update your name and password at any time from Dashboard → Settings.
• You can request an export or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
• You can close your account at any time; outstanding orders will be settled first.
